When I access to KMCng Analytis y see error in all graphics (Internal server error occurred):

Hello @angober,

I believe you’ve deployed the wrong version of the HTML5 analytics app. What’s the output for:

# rpm -q kaltura-base kaltura-html5-analytics

Or, if using the deb packages:
# kaltura-base kaltura-html5-analytics

And also:
# grep kmc_analytics_version /opt/kaltura/app/configurations/base.ini

?

When I executed
rpm -q kaltura-base kaltura-html5-analytics

kaltura-base-14.16.0-17.noarch
package kaltura-html5-analytics is not installed

I tried to install the package but in the repository only find (kaltura-html5*):
kaltura-html5-studio.noarch : Kaltura Open Source Video Platform
kaltura-html5-studio3.noarch : Kaltura Open Source Video Platform
kaltura-html5lib.noarch : Kaltura Open Source Video Platform
kaltura-html5lib3.noarch : Kaltura Open Source Video Platform

You need to upgrade to 14.18.0. That’s where this package was first introduced. See: Kaltura CE 14.18.0 released
