@XXXX@ in the ini file is not replaced by a single run of the config

After running kaltura-config-all.sh, @INSTALLED_HOSTNAME@ in /opt/kaltura/app/cache/batch/config.ini was not replaced with the hostname.
It has been replaced by the hostname in /opt/kaltura-batch-config.sh.

In /opt/kaltura/app/configurations/elastic.ini file, @ERASTIC_PORT@ and @ELASTIC_HOST@ were not replaced.
They were replaced after re-executing kaltura-es-config.sh.

Many of the ini files have @XXXXXX@ as it is, but I can’t figure out if it’s right or not. I want to know how to make a correct decision.
