Video Converting process take 1 minute for 8 sec video

Hi,
I am uploading 8 sec video direct on kaltura’ s server but it is taking 50 sec to converting the video so after 50 sec we can play the video using player.
I have selected only 2 flavors in transcoding setting .

Is there any solution to reduce the conversion time?
Other video hosting server like YouTube able to play the video after few seconds of Uploading.
