Vast adTag in the player plugin

An ad agency give us the next adTag to put it in our Kaltura player:

https://vast.sunmedia.tv/855c7239-34d8-47ee-b7f8-c0f42bd73567?rnd=${random}&gdpr=${gdpr}&gdpr_consent=${gdpr_consent}&referrerurl=${request.referrerurl}&rw=${request.width}&rh=${request.height}

Does it work?

The variables the variables ${random} ${gdpr} ${gdpr_consent} ${request.referrerurl} ${request.width} and ${request.height} are accepted by the plugin player?

What plugin we have to use, de Doubleclick or the VAST?
