Uploading Caption by PHP API

Hello everyone!

I need to upload the caption by api php the same way I do the thumb upload.
For thumb I use the following object and method:
thumbAsset.addFromImage
But for caption I did not find anything like it.
Does anyone have an indication of the required objects and methods?
If you have a sample code even better.
