Hi

I found kalturaCE15.16, TV platform studio is not showing even I checked “studioV3”.
It works well for pre version 15.14.

Hi @yu1,

I cannot reproduce the issue. A few questions:

  • did you re-login to KMC after enabling the permission in Admin console?
  • when you now load the configure view, do you see a checkbox next to Show V3 Studio? I am asking because perhaps the enabling operation failed. If you do not see it checked, you should review the logs (/opt/kaltura/log/kaltura_api_v3.log and /opt/kaltura/log/kaltura_admin.log)

I tried install 15.7, and 15.8, this issue is not reproduced.
