Hello to everyone - we are using Kaltura to track user viewing statistics of videos used for conference pre-work.
The issue we are having is (surprise surprise) many are saying they have viewed the said videos, however Kaltura is not reflecting this activity - even after 48 hours - for all users. Some yes…some no.
Therefore my enquiry is whether there is a global report one can access outside of the standard User Engagement reports, that will show login/logout and/or all activity by user (rather than searching video first, then user).
