I am writing instructions for staff about using Kaltura. But I don’t understand the point of the ‘Replace Media tab’. The explanation video says that it can be useful for updating a video that is published and embedded without having to break the existing links.
This would be great, except… you can’t access the ‘Replace Media tab’, which is in the Edit Media Settings, when a video is published or embedded?
E.g. in order to access this function you need to unembed and unpublish.
So therefore isn’t the ‘Replace Media tab’ a pointless feature?
Have I missed something?
