We use Kaltura Saas but are changing how our remote storage is accessed. I am trying to test the new process using Kaltura CE ver14.19. I am able to successfully push the files to our remote storage but have been unsuccessful in pulling them back up for convert/clip/trim. It looks like by default Kaltura server tries to pull the files up over HTTP but that doesn’t work in our scenario because our files reside on Intranet NAS and Kaltura is Saas. Am I missing something obvious?
