We have adopted Kaltura DesktopSpace Recorder in our company, and it’s working fine for the most part, but there is an issue which we cannot seem to solve.
Installation runs through, but the application is not actually copied to the installation folder. We see this error in the MSI log:

Later in the log, the final error message is this:

Do you have any idea what local configuration could cause this error? We can’t analyze an MSI custom action. This is a minority case though, almost all installations are successful in the production environment.
