Partner blocked message


When I am trying to access a kaltura video from a mobile device, an error pops up “…partner blocked”. Can anyone help to resolve this error or why it is casued ?

Are you working with a Kaltura SaaS account or is this a CE instance?
If SaaS, kindly open a support ticket.

If CE, more info is needed:

You wrote that this happens when using a mobile device, have you tried from a laptop/desktop? It’s not the sort of error that would be device specific… What is the full message string? Are you positive the partner was not marked as blocked (this can be done via the Admin Console)?
Assuming that the partner is not blocked, what do you see in /opt/kaltura/log/kaltura_prod.log and /opt/kaltura/log/kaltura_api_v3.log?


I also have the same problem.
There’s a player downstairs. A single movie enters - from the list each subsequent one doesn’t play. What do you need to help? Log Files? I can send an email
