Need help with Kaltura Video upload

Kaltura video upload stuck at 10 percent for over 6 hours. What do I do? I have tried 3 different computers and internet is seems to be fast enough.

Are you working with a Kaltura SaaS account or is this a CE instance?
If SaaS, kindly open a support ticket, if CE, more info is needed:

  • How big is the source file in question? Does it happen with very small files as well?
  • Are you uploading via KMCng, the legacy Flash KMC, your own code or another web interface?
  • Do you see any errors in the Console tab when opening your browser’s dev tools? Are there any failing requests in the Network tab?
  • What do you see in /opt/kaltura/log/kaltura_prod.log and /opt/kaltura/log/kaltura_api_v3.log?

Same issue here using latest version of Kaltura Capture on SAAS. Upload stuck at 10% for many hours. Meanwhile, manual upload of video is fast an reliable. Seems like a KC upload specific issue.
