Midroll ads don´t play on Chrome (in Android 7.1)

Hello,

we have a problem with midroll ads on chrome on Android devices (using Android 7). The error started occuring approx. 2 weeks ago, before, everything worked fine. What hapens is the video plays normally and instead of loading the midroll ad the video screen stays black. We get the following error:

It is very important for us that we can solve the error quickly, but we dont´t know how to solve the problem. We appreciate any help from the community.

Hello @Reinhard,

What player version do you use? In general, it is best to upgrade to the latest stable version [currently v2.55.2].
Once you’ve confirmed that you are using the latest version, if the issue persist, please provide a sample URL to a page where the player is embedded and we’ll gladly take a look.

thank you for the reply. Yes, we use the latest version of kaltura player.

I gladly provide a sample URL. You first have to login to see a video, you can use testuser47@yahoo.de and PW tester1 to login. The error only occurs on chrome (newest version) on android 7.1. It started two weeks ago, before it worked perfectly.
