KMC-Live-Dashboard not Found

After a fresh install of Kaltura CE using AiO installer on Xenial 16.04 i got some issues.

  1. Only New KMC works (KMC Lagacy keeps loading)
  2. LIVE-DASHBOARD is not found (The requested URL was not found on this server.) also the
    Tab TV-PLATFORM-STUDIO don’t show up in KMC.
    Further no KMC Overview or Manual is found.

How to fix this?
