Hello,
We encountered a problem where kaltura wont transfer Thumbnails to external storage, the videos are transferred just fine.
From what we checked, this file is responsible for transferring videos and thumbnails,
/opt/kaltura/app/alpha/apps/kaltura/lib/storage/kStorageExporter.php
We tried enabling logs / die() functions but it looks like it ignores it.
Is there any way to debug this?
