I installed the new version of Kaltura community edition and I see that you have the option of live streaming at last! My most sincere congratulations!

I’m trying live streaming and I have a problem. I send stream RTMP with Open Broadcaster. RTMP connect to server but the player does not play anything …
I use "Kaltura Live streaming (HDS/HLS/DASH) option

I’m not install red5… I think that is not necessary…

Indeed, Red5 is not at all necessary for this. We use Nginx and the RTMP module.
