Hi @faheem_mohammad_zike,

The log snippet you pasted is not enough to determine where the problem is.
Please go over the following logs and find the root cause:
/opt/kaltura/log/kaltura_api_v3.log
/opt/kaltura/log/kaltura_apache_errors*log
/opt/kaltura/log/kaltura_prod.log
/opt/kaltura/log/kaltura_batch.log

My guess is it has to do with file permissions and that when you copied the data over, you did not preserve the original file permissions, thus the Apache user [www-data in Debian/Ubuntu, apache in RHEL/CentOS] and the ‘kaltura’ user cannot write and read from various directories, causing processes to fail.

Hi Jess,

Thanks for the response it was permission issue in opt/kaltura/web/tmp.

Hi @faheem_mohammad_zike,

Glad to hear it is resolved. Generally speaking, when copying files from one volume to another, always make sure to preserve the original permissions.

Happy videoing,
