Kaltura elastic populate service not working

Hello,

The elastic populate service is failing. May i know any potential reason or known bug in latest Kaltura version (16)

Note:

  • I can see kaltura’s elasticsearch cluster is up and running
  • No index is created and no data populated (Possibly because of above service not working)

What’s the output of:

# bash -x /etc/init.d/kaltura-elastic-populate start

And what do you see in /opt/kaltura/log/kaltura_elastic_populate.log?
