Are you asking about the API documentation? If so, see developer.kaltura.com.
If you’re asking about the schema, that’s available in XML format under /opt/kaltura/web/content/clientlibs/KalturaClient.xml
There’s also an openAPI version here: https://github.com/kaltura/developer-platform/raw/master/ovp.openapi.json
If you meant something else, please clarify.
