Hi all
I have one client who’s videos sometimes end before she clicks the stop recording. What I mean is, she hits stop recording, but it trims off 30 or so seconds off of the end, so she is missing the ending of her videos.
So far only 6/20 videos. She is using chrome and Kaltura Capture through moodle. I can see in the videos that aren’t affected that she is stopping the recording correctly, but in the other videos it just ends abruptly.
Any ideas what is causing this?
