Issue on LG WebOS after upgrade to 14.5

Hello, after I upgraded to 14.5 WebOS LG TVs stopped working.
They get stuck on the kaltura spinner before showing the play button.
How can I troubleshoot it?

Otherwise, in the event the platform is not accessible from the outside, before hitting “Play”, please open your browser’s dev tools and look under the “Network” tab for failing requests and under the “Console” tab for errors. The issue is that this is an LG Television using Webos which I can’t debug there.

Have you tried to reproduce with http://webostv.developer.lge.com/sdk/tools/emulator/introduction-emulator/?

Hello Jess, I tried it and it doesn’t have the web browser included in the emulator.
Can you point me in which direction I can debug on the Kaltura server? Using kaltlog isn’t enough for this task.
