How is it possible to force the html5 scripts to load over https even when the kaltura server is being accesses over http ?

In Admin Console->Publishers->Your partner->actions->configure
You can set Embed Code Default Protocol HTTPS and you also have Force KMC HTTPS option which you may want to enable.
