HTML5 player not working on Windows 10 IE

Hi,

We have noticed that the HTML5 player is not working in Internet Explorer on Windows 10.

Does anyone have a fix for this please? Thanks

Hello,

What version of the player are you using? I suggest you upgrade to latest [v2.33]. If, post upgrade, you’re still having issues, please describe exactly what you’re experiencing and we can take a look:)

You can try Firefox instead of Edge. And check if you’re having the same problem with Firefox? If you encounter the same error in Firefox, perform the steps from this article.
