Erros in logrotation scripts

Hello,

I looked some mistype errors in log rotation scripts in Kaltura CE 12.14.

in [/opt/kaltura/app/configurations/logrotate/kaltura_base]

service kaltura_monit restart

and in [/opt/kaltura/app/configurations/logrotate/kaltura_sphinx]

service kaltura_sphinx restart

I think these correctly names are kaltura-monit and kaltura-sphinx.

Will be fixed for 12.15.0.
