Enable Video Editor in CE 14

Hi,
we have CE 14 installed. How do I enable the Video Editor for KMC users?

Is this editor only available for VPAAS clients, not in Community Edition?

At present time, the HTML5 editor is not included in CE. However, you may use the legacy editor available via the Flash KMC to perform trimming and clipping operations. Of course, you may also utilise the API directly and wrap it up with your own web I/F.

Still, video editor does not exist on KMC I guess? How can I use it via API?
