Download video failed to prepare

When i try to download a video, i’m supposed to get an email with download link. But i get this email instead.

Following is the download link to your media : - Failed to prepare

is there a way to recover the recording?

Hi @rj_costanilla - do download a video simply visit the flavors tab in the KMC, and click download next to the flavor you wish to download. it’s much faster/easier than the old download link.

The fail you describe might have many reasons, it will require further looking at your system/account to know more.
