Up until about a week ago, creating video playlists in Canvas, of Kaltura Personal Capture videos, worked fine. Now, it produces a screen of garbage HTML. I can edit playlists I’ve already made, but that’s it. I signed out, cleared the cache in Firefox, cleared cookies, disabled tracking blocking, no change. Tried it in Edge, same problem. Tried on another computer, same problem. Canvas said it’s a Kaltura issue. Please help with this.

Please open a support ticket and attach all the relevant information (partner ID, Capture logs, etc).
