Converting , error upload video with URL

hai, when Im upload video from desktop normal, and status ready.
but, if im uploadvideo from url ( input url from link youtube ), status just converting and then error.

where im check for solving this problem ??

Hello,

Did you verify that you are in fact able to DOWNLOAD the video to your own machine when using that URL?
Inputting a YouTube viewing link will never download the video. If you wish to download a video from Youtube and ingest it to Kaltura, I suggest you use https://github.com/ytdl-org/youtube-dl/
