I need a CMS that allows me to offer OTT video services using
MPEG-DASH format, i want it to be specifically compatible with the
dash.js player. The thing is i need it to be
open source. Kaltura CMS looks like the best choice, nevertheless, i
need it to be open source, could you suggest me any.
