Anyone else experiencing connectivity issues?

Hello folks
Title says it all - we’re having huge problems with connectivity in Kaltura Classrooms. It’s inconsistent, some sessions work with no problems, but others a lot of the participants and the instructor keep getting disconnected. Everyone has run the compatibility test, and all have passed before hosting or joining a session.

We’ll be getting in touch with the tech support, but just wondering if anyone else is having the same problems (ie whether it’s something to do with what we’re doing, or a wider problem) - so any feedback would be very gratefully received!
