Hello fellow members.
I have a couple of end-users that when they login to Kaltura they get a loading screen and nothing else. This happens when using Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox. But when they go into incognito mode in chrome and firefox it loads just fine. Is there something I am missing. I uninstalled Java/Flash because I get a splash screen of Flash before the credentials pop-up appears. Any insight would be appreciated because the only next step I see fit is to re-image their machines.
