System Admin can't manage actions of all Publisher accounts

I am the system administrator for our Kalltura CE instance. I need to get some information about a publisher account that was created by another admin. When I log into the Admin Console -> Publisher Management there is only 1 of the 5 publishers listed that I can “Manage Actions”. The publisher account for which I want to manage doesn’t allow me to select actions.

As the system admin, how can I correct this issue?

Hello @esnecca,

Log into Admin Console with the email and passwd that you created during the deployment and navigate to: Users->user in question->Action->Assign Partners. In Partner Ids, either input ‘*’ or a comma separated list of the partner IDs you’d like to allow that user to manage and save.
