Wowza with kaltura

I am the integration of wowza with kaltura
I config wowza and kaltura use the document https://github.com/kaltura/media-server/blob/3.0.9/Installation.md

about RTMP
now have an error
GET http://domain/fcs/ident/ 404error
how config the /fcs/ident ?
I think that is wowza set ?
