Video is working, but no audio

Hi guys,

I’m been testing Kaltura CE 11.2.0 for a while on my CentOS hosting server. Now I’m facing the problem that the video is playing as normal but there is no audio, even the source file.

I couldn’t find any solution to fix this on forum or google, so could you please advice about this?

Hello,

We’ll need a sample video with which this happens so we can analyse it and understand the issue.
I assume this does not happen with all videos but only with some or a specific one, correct?

I’m checking the configuration and player configuration, I think that the root cause this. I’ll let you know after that.
