I noticed when playing a video of 30min for example i am not able to seek to minute 10 unless the video buffers up to minute 10 or more. The video just stops playing and prerolls to second 0 if i try to click on minute 10 before the buffering is done.
I am using progressive download as method delivery, is there any way to overcome this limitation? as lot of viewrs would like to sneak peak on the video content before it buffers completely.
I believe using HLS would solve the issue, but i cant find HLS in the delivery options to be used on my self hosted server and not AKAMAI.
