Unable to access Kaltura Admin console

Hi,

I am unable to access Kaltura Admin console:
Page displaying as

bootstrap() ->run()

While accessing Kaltura Management Console (KMC) error getting as
The requested URL /index.php/kmc was not found on this server.

/opt/kaltura/bin/kaltura-sanity.sh showing failed in below points

You first problem is here:

in INI file, a comment starts with ‘;’ not ‘#’.
Fix that, retry and paste new errors.

I reinstalled my OS and installed kaltura freshly, While running /opt/kaltura/bin/kaltura-config-all.sh I am getting error “ERROR: we failed on something else…”

Please help.

What does /opt/kaltura/log/insertContent.log contain?

I re-installed my OS with RHEL 6.4 and installed latest Kaltura version. Now I am able to access the admin console.
