Server INVALID_KS

What is the cause of this issue. I cannot login to /admin_console/. The log is below

I think you might be missing some links:
/opt/kaltura/app/alpha/web -> /opt/kaltura/web
/opt/kaltura/app/alpha/web/api_v3 -> /opt/kaltura/app/api_v3/public

But I can’t really tell can you provide more info?
