After yesterdays Chrome update to Version 47.0.2526.80 m I can see only black screen timer is moving and audio is there. Tested on hds/hls HTML5 player video.
I was turning off hardware acceleration for flash player but it did not help.

My colleague tested on MAC with Chrome 47 and I check from my Linux with 47.0.2526.73 Ubuntu 14.04 (64-bit) and it played correctly in both cases.
What OS are you testing from?
Also, can you open the dev tools and take a look at the JS console and Network tab and see if you find any interesting errors there?

Also, is Flash enabled?
The issue probably relates to Flash plugin restrictions as the test page uses our Chromeless Flash player.
If Flash is disabled - what you’re describing may happen.
The problem was with the graphic drivers for my ATI card - the newest drivers were causing the issue. When downgraded the drivers - it works correctly. I had flash plugin installed - the one that is included in chrome by default - was detected correctly on adobe flash test website.
