First, I recommend you remove your contact email from the thread and send your personal contact details via PM when possible. Second, please confirm you have a fully functional version of Kaltura install and you just need assistance with configuration and setup.
There is no compensation needed if you just get help links and guides to configure the setup yourself. However if you want someone to do it for your then that would likely come with a fee or compensation requests. At least that is how I do my work.
