Move Kaltura 5.0CE to another server

I want to move the installation and content database to another server, is it possible?
Install the same version of Kaltura to another server and then …?

Try

a) installing the same version on the new server, then

b) import the SQL data from old to new server, and

c) copy /opt/kaltura/web from old to new

You may also want to compare /opt/kaltura/app/configurations from old to new
