Check the value of the *.priority.priority directives in /opt/kaltura/app/configurations/logger.ini, if it’s set to 7 [DEBUG], you can reduce it to 4 and reload Apache, which would result in less output being written to kaltura_api_v3.log.
Note that there is logrotate configuration in place for the Kaltura logs. You can find it under:
/opt/kaltura/app/configurations/logrotate/kaltura_*
