When trying to grab a thumbnail from the Thumbnails tab in the entry manager, i am getting a clip not found error.
The clip is obviously in place and the automatic thumbnail is correctly taken during ingestion.
Tailed kaltura_api_v3.log for clues, but found none.
Please check the attached screen shot for a visual depiction of the issue.
