KMC Entry plays not updated

Hi again,

Starting last week, I’m getting a strange KMC problem. Everything works but the Kaltura Plays field and is not been updated. It’s on 0 for all new entries.

The DWH stats work well, however. I have checked everything buy haven’t been able to find the problem.

I’m on kaltura 12.3:

kaltura-server-12.3.0-1.noarch
kaltura-release-12.3.0-1.noarch
kaltura-base-12.5.0-4.noarch

I ran /opt/kaltura/app/alpha/scripts/dwh/dwh_plays_views_sync.sh and it worked !

I’ll check again tomorrow if everything is in sync.
