After installation of Kaltura dasboard of KMC is blank. Hot to solve?

Hi,
Start by opening the dev tools on your browser and looking at the “Console” and “Network” tabs for errors.
In parallel, from the server, run:
# kaltlog
and look at the errors there.
Then we can be wiser.
Solved creating a publisher account.
Reading manual I found solution.
