KMC currently unavailable

hi.
I update my kaltura server, and now in the action the “Manage - new”, appears KMC currently unavailable An unexpected condition was ocurred.

Can you help me?

Hello,

Please provide more info; What is the Kaltura CE version you are currently running? What distro are you using? Also, is the kaltura-kmcng package installed?

i found the problem but i don’t know how to fix it, the kaltura server is redirecting to /opt/kaltura/apps/kmcng/v5.10.0/index.html but this folder doesn’t exist, the right folder is the v5.11.0, how can i to configure the right redirection?

Thanks for your answer, i run the script /opt/kaltura/bin/kaltura-config-all.sh and everything works fine.
