Hello All,

I am facing few issues after integrating kaltura player. Below is the list:

  1. Video keeps on playing after we minimize or switch tabs
  2. Seek Bar/ Progress bar fails to display in Portrait mode.(observed only on iOS)
  3. Sometimes audio keeps on playing in the background but the video is not seen. If we pause the video and play that again the video can be seen.
  4. Content fails to resume after midroll instead next content start (observed only on iOS)

Hi,

Please provide a URL where the player is embedded and we’ll gladly take a look.
In general, when reporting issues, please also specify:

  • Whether you’re working against our SaaS or a self hosted ENV [Community Edition or OnPrem]
  • The player version
  • If self hosted, the exact server version and whether you’re using the deb or RPM packages
