Kaltura Batch Processing

anyone know how we can increase number of batch process or threads so that it can handle or run multiple ffmpeg commands
currently if i upload a batch of 1000 files it only process single file at a time like run single ffmpeg command at a time.

Should export thumbnail assets not working #8439

i am using s3 as a remote storage now when i select “Should export thumbnail assets” it should export thumbnails on s3 as well. but currently only video and its flavours are exporting and no thumbnails are exported. I also have few question and will be grateful to you if you help me do you have any support for exporting captions on remote storage…? if we have upload multiple thumbnails later how will they be export on remote storage…?
