I tried with no luck to add multiple CC to an email event notification.
How can I manage that?

By CC, I assume you mean Closed Captions?
Can you explain exactly what you want to accomplish? there is no specific event notification for adding captions at the moment. You can see all the available notifications by going to Admin Console->Your partner row in the publishers table->Profiles->Event Notifications.
