Hi we are on Kaltura v 14.7.0 and we are noticing that we are getting issues with transcoding. Some videos the flavors are never transcoding and some we are getting errors transcoding. This has never happen before. Enclosed is a screen shot where the flavors have been transcoding for 6 days.
We are also noticing that transcoding is taking a long time. We can increase server size but are there other ways to optimize transcoding?
