Creating a link to a view all media with a certian Category?

Hi all,
I want to be able to send someone a link that will allow him to view a list of media. He should not be required to login. The media should only be accessible through that link.

I was thinking of using Categories for this (is this the correct approach?) I know how to upload media and assign each one with a category, but how do I get a link to the category, using the SDK ?

Hello,

You can just create a playlist, embed it in some web page and give him the URL to that.
Of course, if he uses an HTTP sniffer, he WILL be able to get the URLs for the direct content but this is true to whatever system you may use.

Is that the only way? I want to use just Kaltura’s website, I don’t want to embed it in a 3rd party. I don’t mind him having links to the content.

When you go to preview and embed, you will see ‘View a standalone page with this player’, you can simply give away that URL.

You can do syndication (by category) and then get RSS with all items in the category

Is any of this possible through the SDK alone? This has to be an automated process.
